Joan-Mary Hinds PhD
Director

Joan-Mary is an acknowledged expert in employee motivation, attitudinal employee segmentation, organisation culture and workplace dynamics. Joan-Mary provides research thought leadership for the company.

Her career includes roles as a teacher, lecturer, policy advisor to federal government, human resources director, clinical psychologist and director of programs at a leading Australian university.

Joan-Mary was awarded a PhD from the  Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, for her original research in motivational dynamics. She is also a published author. Hinds, J-M., (1995) The Hinds Model of Company Success Millennium Books, Alexandria, Australia.

Louisa Vanderkruk
Director

Louisa has designed and led multiple employee and culture research projects for organisations in all sectors, and been instrumental in the development of the services delivered by Hinds Research. Louisa manages all day to day operations of the company.

Her earlier career included roles in retail, IT and advertising.

Louisa has a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Management, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Management from the AGSM (UNSW) and she has completed units for a Masters degree from Sydney University.

Louisa is also Founder of Peoplepie - the online platform for team motivation.
